Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Krishna Avadhani, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. By using Vestora you agree to them. For the iPhone app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. General information only, not financial advice
Vestora is an information, education and portfolio-tracking tool. It does not give personal financial product advice, tax advice or legal advice, and it does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Scores, rankings, ideas, signals, alerts, forecasts and calculator results come from fixed rules applied to past data. They are not recommendations to buy, sell or hold any investment. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. Consider speaking to a licensed financial adviser.
2. No trading or money handling
Vestora does not place trades, hold your money or act as a broker. Broker buttons only open the broker's own app or website. We are not paid by brokers and do not recommend any of them.
3. Data accuracy
Market data, company figures and news come from third-party sources. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and services can stop working without notice. Alerts can be late or missed. Do not rely on Vestora for time-critical decisions.
4. Vestora Pro subscription
- Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Prices are shown before you buy and may vary by country.
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
- In the iPhone app, payment is charged to your Apple ID and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Acceptable use
You may use Vestora for your own personal or professional use. You must not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the app's content, scores or data, try to reverse-engineer it, overload the data relay, or use it to break any law.
6. Learning content
Vestora Academy lessons, quizzes, calculators and certificates are for self-paced education. Certificates are not accredited qualifications. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control them.
7. Ownership
The app, website, design, text, scoring rules and learning content belong to us. The Vestora name and logo may not be used without permission.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of Vestora or reliance on its information, including investment losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the service or the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms or the service. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
